Did you know that a Pokémon's nature affects the Pokéblock that they like to eat? This is why you must check your Pokémon's nature before feeding it Pokéblocks to boost a certain condition. The more the Pokémon likes the type of Pokéblock, the more the condition corresponding to the colour of the Pokéblock will increase. In Mossdeep City, there is a man who can tell you what kind of Pokéblocks your leading Pokémon likes to eat.

A Pokémon's nature also affects its stat which is the easiest to raise as it levels up. Knowing your Pokémon? nature helps you to know about the stat changes that your Pokémon will undergo as it levels up.

There are two useful lists below. The first list is about a Pokémon's nature and the Pokéblock it prefers and the second list is about a Pokémon's nature and the stat which is easier to increase while leveling up.
